Even bilyonaryo Senator Manny Pacquiao is taking a hit from the coronavirus crash.
Pacquiao has lowered his asking price for his Forbes mansion after offering it for P2 billion in February 2020 or a month before the country went into lockdown and the economy fell into worst crisis.
The “Zen-inspired luxury mansion” is currently being offered for P1.5 billion on presello.com.
That’s still nearly four times the P388 million former RCBC president Lorenzo Tan nine years ago.
But we have no idea how much Pacquiao and his wife, Jinkee, splurged to renovate the mansion on a 2,000-square meter lot at the EDSA perimeter wall of the country’s most expensive property.
Pacquiao isn’t spending that much time in property anyway as he preferred to coop up with bis family in another mansion at Dasmarinas Village during the lockdown. Pacquiao said his bodyguards and staff were staying at the Forbes mansion which has been under constant renovation before the lockdown.
