Converge advises QC subscribers of internet outages

Converge subscribers in Quezon City may experience intermittent or slow internet browsing due to a technical issue.

In an advisory posted on its Facebook page, Converge said it detected connectivity issues in Quezon City Sunday morning.

“If you belong to the affected area, a service ticket is not required. Our technical team is already working to resolve the issue in the soonest possible time and have your connection restored,” said the pure fiber internet provider run by Pampanga’s Dennis Anthony Uy.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please visit this Facebook page for updates, the company added.
