Cris Cu will motivate you to eat healthy food

Cris Cu is on a mission to make all her friends a fan of healthy food.

Healthy food must not be torturous for anyone as it could also be delicious!

As Cris puts it, “It’s good and super guilt-free!”

She said in her Instagram stories that if she could convince Kathy Huang, anyone can eat healthy too.

She then went on sharing some of her favorite quick roasted veggie recipes including roasted carrots with yogurt sauce, shishito pepper with olive oil and salt, and Japanese sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and harissa.

All the ingredients go to her favorite air fryer that takes about 15-20 minutes to cook.

Cris also shared a yummy salad bowl by her friend Mar Corazo which she couldn’t wait to try.
