It’s no surprise that Happy Ongpauco-Tiu is a successful restaurateur.
Not only does she come from a family who loves food, she herself loves eating and preparing special dishes.
The sweater weather called for some of her local favorites that she shared on a recent Instagram post. These included Tsokolateria’s famous tskolate topped with her own Tsokolate eh disc with Chicharon salt plus a Pinoy Bruchetta Platter infused with garlic cacao and their Longanisa Fundido cooked in cacao nibs and local cheeses.
