Metrobank to discontinue phone banking service

Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co.’s phone banking service will no longer be available after November 4.

The Ty-led bank has asked its customers to utilize its internet banking service or other channels to in managing their accounts.

“On said date, the service will no longer be available. Sign up now to the new Metrobank Online to check your balance and transaction history, pay bills, transfer funds, and more,” Metrobank said.
