Alexandra Rocha Araneta has found a solution to shop while staying safe.
She shared one of her quarantine discoveries: The SM Store’s #SMCallToDeliver. She loves shopping at The SM Store but has put on hold her non-essential purchases. Since SM introduced #SMCallToDeliver, this problem was solved for Xandra.
She was given the choice to either join a Viber group The SM Store where orders could be placed or call #143SM and be connected to a representative. She chose the latter and was directed to a personal shopper who helped her pick up yellow boots that she could use for gardening.
Xandra loves the service so much; she encouraged her Instagram peers to try it out too.
