Cua family, Exi Robles target millennial horse racing fans with PRCI’s mobile OTB app

The Cua family and Sta. Lucia Land’s Exi Robles are targeting millennial bettors with Philippine Racing Club Inc.’s (PRCI) new mobile betting app.

PRCI will implement a new mobile off track betting (MOTB) system for the first time during live races starting October 31 following the endorsement of the Games and Amusement Board.

“The MOTB shall replace the existing totalizator system and provides modernization which we hope will cater to a younger generation of bettors while at the same time provide a better experience to our existing customers,” said PRCI.

“It enables bettors to easily create accounts as well as fund them through a large financial network including banks, mobile banking services and other pay locations. The system also boasts a user friendly mobile interface for easy placement of bets and monitoring of progress,” it added.

The Cuas and Robles are optimistic the new app would give PRCI a big boost with the next generation’s increased access to the horseracing industry.
