It was one of only three Philippine companies that made it to Forbes 2020 list of “World’s Best Employers. The recognition is seen to be meaningful as the homegrown fastfood giant stood by its employees amid the pandemic, ensuring the safety of its workers while keeping up with production and sales.
The list is composed of 750 multinational corporations headquartered in 45 countries.
JFC is also the first ever Philippine-based company to receive the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA), which is given to only 38 organizations worldwide which focused on people’s strengths and talents to reach their full potential.
“This award is Gallup’s highest honor, presented only to organizations that meet rigorous standards of excellence. As an award winner, you rank among the most elite organizations around the globe,” Gallup said in its letter to JFC.
