* Emiliano R. Tanchico, first vice president (head of human resources management since 2016)
* Melanie A. Manuel, VP
* Ronaldo David R. Mendoza, VP
* Eduardo H. Rafuson, VP
* Ricardo C. Rodriguez, VP
PLDT cited “manpower reduction” as the reason for the cuts.
