Gatchalian summoned representatives of the two companies on Tuesday (January 12) to tell them to shape up or suffer a hard time doing business in Valenzuela.
The mayor earlier expressed frustration at how he has been at the receiving end of complaints from residents struggling from PLDT and Converge’s bad service, which reportedly worsened during the holiday season.
Reliable and fast internet is crucial to people studying and working from home, so the mayor’s wrath is understandable. Will PLDT and Converge finally shape up?
