“Our meeting with Mayor Gatchalian yesterday went well, as we committed to work on resolving all the complaints posted on his Twitter account. He was also very receptive to our proposals,” PLDT said in a statement sent to BILYONARYO.
“PLDT shares the Mayor’s desire and commitment to provide good telecommunications service for his constituents,” the telco giant said after Gatchalian took to Twitter to express frustration over the telco’s sloppy internet service.
Gatchalian apparently has been bombarded by complaints over PLDT’s network issues and intermittent connectivity problems.
“We assure customers of our continued commitment to deliver seamless service albeit existing challenges,” PLDT said.
