Dito CME Holdings Corp. (DITO) of bilyonaryo Dennis Uy is still working on a potential joint venture agreement (JVA) with CloudSwyft, a technology learning platform provider.
Through a disclosure at the Philippine Stock Exchange, DITO, the communications, media and entertainment arm of the Udenna Group, clarified that it has so far only executed a non-binding term sheet with CloudSwyft.
The non-binding term sheet covers the possibility of developing and launching Luna Academy, a Philippines-focused online education platform.
“The company is working towards executing a binding and definitive joint venture agreement on the possible venture and shall disclose updates as appropriate,” DITO said.
