Cris Cu has been consistently advocating for healthy food.

She took to Instagram stories and gave her followers a quick tip from Dr Josh Axe.

Dr Josh listed the top seven food choices that one should start eating now. The list included bone broth, healthy fats, organ meats, mushrooms, herbs and spices, berries, and seaweed.

All these Cris Cu could easily devour except for one.

She could never get herself to eat organ meat. Can you?
