The AUB board approved the appointment of Carol P. Warner as senior vice president under the office of bank president, Manuel Gomez.

Warner’s appointment started on 22 January 2021.

Warner has 31 years of experience in audit and risk management, with the last nine years as chief audit executive of Security Bank.

She was also Security Bank’s head of information security audit team for eight years. She joined the bank in August 2003 after spending some time with JP Morgan Chase Bank and RCBC and Sycip Gorres Velayo (SGV).
She holds the following Licenses and Certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Certified Treasury Professional, Certificate Program on Cybersecurity Audit.
Warner graduated from De La Salle University with a double degree in mathematics and commerce major in Accounting. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Treasury Professional on Cybersecurity Audit.
