Friends of renowned rheumatologist Geraldine Zamora surprised her recently with a virtual bridal shower, which was hosted on Zoom.
One of Zamora’s best friends, doctor Doray Delarmente, said the bridal shower was disguised as a lecture on arthritis so she wouldn’t have a clue.
“Almost 80 people attended your surprise bridal shower. We had to change our names and our profile photos so you wouldn’t recognize us,” Delarmente said, sharing screenshots from the doctor’s shocked but still stunning face.
“Mygad!!! Di na ako natuto. So gullible lang haha. You guys still get to surprise me!,” a happy Dr. Zamora said.
Zamora is getting married to cardiologist Lauro “Sonny” Abrahan IV. Her ex-husband, meanwhile, has taken stylist Liz Uy as his new wife.
