Less than a month after announcing Warner’s exit, the Security Bank board announced on February 23 that Warner would no longer avail of her early retirement.

Warner, who has been with Security Bank since 2003, has been promoted from SVP audit executive to chief of staff of bank chairman Alfonso Salcedo Jr., aside from serving as assistant corporate secretary.
AUB also announced a few days later Warner’s withdrawal of her acceptance to the bank’s offer. Warner was supposed to be SVP under the office of AUB president Manuel Gomez.
