Even though she’s a mother of three, the boss babe has managed to maintain a slim and athletic physique.
She wanted to impart some fitness reminders to her Instagram followers through a three-minute video.
According to Kimberly, the key to excellent health is a long-term plan. “It has to be part of your lifestyle. It has to be something realistic and sustainable for you. Your road to reaching your best, healthiest self shouldn’t be stressful. The stress alone can spike your stress hormones (cortisol) which will lead to increased fat deposits – and you don’t want this,” she wrote in her Instagram caption.
To summarize, she recommends eating whole foods, eat whatever’s in season, incorporate good fat, add fermented food, skip the sugar, fast often, and get enough sleep.
